2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I am very active and I want to use my activity for something good. I can always be in game and help other players with stuff they need, and help them be one big family. I can always be there for all of the members, and help them with any complains about anything that is wrong or if they have suggestions. I will organise meetings every 5-7 days, so other players can give me their suggestios or complains.
-I was a Admin on RS server and I know all the rules. I was also High Command in many organisations on PT, ES, DE, RS and EN servers, and we have a lot of good achievements as Turfers. We won atleast 6 100%'s in our career. I was DEPUTY LEADER 2 times and I think i have everything that is needed to be an leader. I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina (Balkan) but I speak fluent English.
-I have a lot of featuers like patience, respect and I am a reasonable person. I will always treat everyone with respect, and everyone will be equal for me. I want to teach my members to be like me, and have respect to anyone that is in or out of the organisation. I think it will be possible, and that we will have a lot of good achievements.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
-Asking players rules before joining the organisation
-Only trusted people will be at high possitions
-Possitions will be given only if they are earned
-I will try to reduce fails to minimum
-We will be active and go to every event
-We will try to RolePlay with PD and Criminal organisations as much as possible
-We will organise meetings to talk about fails, good thing people did
-I will award people that are doing their job, so i can give them a little "boost", so they wont fail, and they will only do good stuff
-Provide a training (I will provide a training for every member beore they get that 2nd rank. They will be tested before getting in the organistion)
