If the pov doesn't include the event starting, and them starting inside on the roof. This thread means nothing. You don't even need admins to tell you this + you can't request pov as you aren't inside a sphere, as the rule states all users must have pov inside sphere and not outside sphere. So this means you and them doesn't have to have pov till the event starts. So you can't request pov.

Everyone needs to register from the first second of the event. Then I ask for the point of view of the first 3 seconds of each of them.
If they started from the bottom, they won't have a problem showing

Your POV doesn't show them starting from that roof... It doesn't even show the event starting (its 3 mins before the event). They were just waiting there!
Upload more evidence as this is not enough evidence for a rule break!
