2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> I've worked for a variety of organisations, both legitimate and illicit. In both legal and illegal organisations, I had served as High Command. I also have two months of administrative experience in EN3.
--> Having the opportunity to head EMS will allow me to put my knowledge and experience to work for my organization.
--> I had seen favouritism in orgs many a times. I will make sure that members who are eligible receive promotion and there is no type of favouritism in the org.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
--> According to my research, the night shift in EMS is least active. as my favourable time of playing of my family is during the night, the night shift will never be inactive during the night shifts.
--> According to me, all the members are important to my org. I will listen to all my members for their suggestions in various situations so that they also feel like a part of EMS.
--> Nowadays, people find EMS boring due to lack of RP. So I will do my best to increase their interest in EMS by increasing the RP and giving out bonuses. Overall increasing the RP of the server.
