Abrar grew up only with his father his Mother got Divorced with his Father when Abrar was a child , His father got into trouble get into trouble and got into debt. He did everything to save Abrar, he used to rob ATMs, people, and LEOs just to get some money to survive and to provide some foods for Abrar and to be able to pay his debts, Abrar was present for most of his crimes, and after a couple of months, his father was been charged for his crimes, after Abrar was left alone , he met some people and joined "Marabunta Grand", at the beginning Abrar used to rob people just like his father after few days he got involved also in few store robberies that his gang did and Abrar was known as one of the best Shooter at there that they have ever seen, after a couple of years Abrar became the leader of that criminal stuffs he leaded more criminals.After some months Abrar was charged for his many crimes.

Abrar was charged on the DOC he could not see his Father the wall was blocked beetween them so they cannot make a plan and scape.One day he heard that his Father is died by some other peoples on the cell there was like 3 more peoples in the same cell as Abrar's Father he. Abrar cried so much in that day and wanted to get revenge from those gang members who was in the same cell as his Father after he was out of the jail he wanted to join Police and serve the city as his mind changed. He joined SAHP and served the outskirts but he want to serve the city he joined FIB later and after some months he got the remind of his criminal activities he did and his father did He wants to became once again involved in the illegal gun trade. Using his expertise and connections to try to build a new network in the Los Santos
Outcomes:
1. Abrar can trade/sell/buy illegal firearms to/from other people or blackmarket. (No ORG weapons/gear will be sold on blackmarket or to other people)
2. Abrar can take bribes from detainees. (Up to $100.000)
