Life Story:
Balkan was born and raised in a rough neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. Growing up, he wiovetnessed the harsh realities of prty, crime, and violence. He knew that if he wanted to make something of himself, he needed to find a way out. So, he joined the police force, hoping to make a difference in his community.
At first, Balkan was a model officer, working hard to serve and protect the people he swore to serve. But as time went on, he became disillusioned with the system. He saw corruption and greed at every turn, and it seemed like everyone was out for themselves.
One day, John was approached by a group of criminals who offered him a bribe to turn a blind eye to their activities. At first, he resisted, but the offer was too good to refuse. And so, Balkan began to take bribes and engage in other illegal activities to supplement his income.
At first, Balkan was able to justify his actions to himself, telling himself that he was just trying to provide for his family. But as the years went on, his corruption grew more and more blatant. He took bribes from drug dealers, protected criminals, and even committed crimes himself.
Eventually, Balkan's corruption caught up with him, and he was caught and charged with multiple crimes. His reputation was ruined, and he was sentenced to many years in prison. As he sat in his cell, Balkan realized that he had destroyed everything he had worked for, and all he had left was regret and shame so he went to work as a LEO!
Career Story: Balkans carrer started when he was 6 years old when he joined primary school. Balkan was often in fights and skipped school while growing up.
Balkans cousins were selling crack all around the neighborhood and told Balkan to join while he was only 12 years old! When Balkan was 16 years old he got looked up for the first time ever and was ashamed for the rest of his life.
At Balkans 18 birthday he decieded to join the Los santos department as his first real job. Balkan also wanted to catch criminals in his city since he new were most of them were due to his street knowladge.
Since he didnt like being in LSPD he wanted to try the highways and start getting people arrested there since he saw that people usally overspeed by much on the highways!
So at the age of 22 he joined SAHP and has been there until now and he wanted to get back to the streets but still be in SAHP so he decided
to become an corrupt trooper so that he can help his private life a little bit more!
Outcomes:
1- Balkan can break bodycam ( if using right rp terms, and only 2 every rp situation)
2- Balkan Has a secret bodycam rolling 24/7 in his belt and he only turns it on when the day starts.
3- Balkan is able to take bribes from suspects up to 100K maximum.
4- Balkan can pick up guns after a gunfight from criminals, and decide to sell weapons and other illegal items at the black market.
5- Balkan has a radio on him 24/7 since he is a LEO.
6- Balkan can refuse the rights to a lawyer or lie about calling one. He also can deny to show his ID.
7- Balkan can keep org weapons off duty.
8- Balkan can plant illigal evidence like prohibited items on individuals and give them fake charges. (No UB.)
9-Balkan can drive off road with off road cars and 4x4 vehicles( Rp driving)
10-Balkan can rob/Kill people in ghetto/highways.(Only off duty/ following server rules)
