According to law made by governor , deputy governor and attorney general there is a procedure for arresting any state employee ( 1st thing is have a valid bodycam ).They didnt have any and they wanted to arrest him so they broke laws and abused their power for arresting the guy unlawfully due to personal issues or ego issues and proceed with arresting without evidence or any proof of crime (maybe there is ic reason ) which is considered as playing as a bad side of a state org member (in this case without bio).
According to State Rule 5.6 we need to have bodycam of entire arrest from start to end .

Firstly, to set things straight - there's a difference between "arresting" and "detaining". The act of detainment is when a suspect is placed in cuffs and is awaiting processing (if needed.). The act of arrestment is when they are being issued fines/wanted stars and then being placed in a jumpsuit (arrested). In the POV provided, there was no arrestment done - only detainment. Therefore, SR 5.6 does not apply (and wouldn't apply to them as they are GOV, and GOV cant arrest FYI). As for SR 1.8, it does not apply as per the POVs provided, no arresting was done, furthermore - they had an IC reason to DETAIN the person as they presented a threat towards a First Person of State life ( ID 77368). As for GR 6.4, where is the corruption/ playing the bad side. The detainee has the right to call for a lawyer, and in this situation - ID 77368 is a Judge, but was part of the situation (conflict of interest). Was there another lawyer that was called? Was the person ultimately arrested? (placed in the jumpsuit). If so, provide full POV.

Iso in the last few seconds u can check dept where he called for sahp to process a guy , do we call for processing when we detain someone when there is no evidence of crime ? so 5.6 stays .

Dont worry I will send the 3rd pov for you

5.6 LSPD/SAHP/FIB require to have a bodycam for each arrest. | In the absence of evidence (No GOV).

Shouldn't you call for a lawyer then? Since it's your employee. Literally so easy to deal with it ICly lol

Well as far as calling the lawyer is concerned , Your guy rushed with the procedure instead of waiting and talking in the capital , Waiting for lspd lawyer and following the lawful procedures.
If Gov hands over a 10-15 to anyone for proceeding then the arresting officer is Gov officer and the officer handling later ,so regarding 5.6 let admins decide .

So I guess I’ll say my piece, first that officer was never convicted of a crime he went to prison due to a head pop not our fault no arrested him just because I called SAHP doesn’t mean they processed him so that dead. Second no where does it say gov has to have body cam. Third everything else could have been handled icly and you know this you decide to take it to the sky for absolutely no reason. Not to mention it seems like you left out the part where I said I’ll just create a case file for the situation so I can have a warrant put out for his arrest.

My question is why ask for a subpoena for my body cam (IC) then take the take the issue to the forum? Pick one. You definitely can’t have both.

That’s funny. One more thing. Isn’t the person I put in cuffs supposed to be making this forum? You seem to be a witness. I think you could involve yourself IC but OOC? Nothing about this forum happened to you. Especially because having body cam from start to finish is only mentioned for LSPD/FIB/SAHP. So….shouldn’t Ben be the one posting this?

This video shows me saying. “I’m going to create a case file so when he comes back I can put a warrant for arrest” how is that corruption? Me creating a case file is literally the process of providing proof of a crime to get a warrant for arrest. So…..explain what rules where broken.

Up on reviewing the evidence, I decide to Reject the report.
Gen Rule 6.4 - There was no corruption without Bio was there in the given POV.
State Rule 1.8 - This will not apply here, as things can still take care ICly.
State Rule 5.6 - GOV cannot arrest people, they can only detain people and other orgs can only arrest them. And more over there was no arrest happened here.

This situation has to be handled ICly, if there is anything against to the IC law.

But ID 32836 will be punished for CL
