This person is clipping out the full situation of himself provoking us?
He stands ontop of my car to purposely bait report of "forceful vdm" when in reality I drove slowly as I can away to not be forceful, please see him below constantly harass us:

you can see from the other reports I will link below, this guy constantly has been harassing my family, they have been punished over 20 times in the past for similar situations where they are purposely pissing us off to bait reactions to report us. Senior admins have Expressed that if they continue they will be severely punished:
