After trying to find your ID, you were banned on RS server for multi accounting twice, any explanation for that?

Yes i was banned from rs on my main account for stealing from car but i didnt know much about rules then i made my twink on rs and i played . After 4 months later i wanted unban and i get unban and then . One day we are on event my friend died from his account i and i give him my account and then i get bann for general rule 1.1 and thats how but. But i hope you gonna give me another chance becase i want ti play with my friends on en3
