All in pov, i changed the license plate, the color of the car, and even changed my outfit and these kids completely metagamed and killed me issuing no demands and even ub placed spikes under my vehicle. Not to mention towards the end these guy and girl at the end of my pov mentioning parents while i am on the ground dead. accidentally running someone over and apologizing does not give them all right to open fire

Whole situation is not clear through this + the extended pov was made private. As I can see you rammed over a gov employee in presence of governor. As State rule 2.1 mentions they can use all means of defence if they feel any danger to the life of seniors. Also they were pulling you over from before the situation you provided in pov.
