In my time as a leader across multiple ORGs, I have thrived in delivering incredible RP experiences that bring all walks of life together. Through my early weeks in FIB, we will double down in this space to take FIB to the next RP level. We will create a dynamic 'Most Wanted' list that will hold special rewards and great RP moments for both sides involved. You will see LI stories, continued IC events, and other exciting moments for all to enjoy...
This will raise the connections with fellow LEOs and hopefully break down barriers with GANGs to become more engaged.

- Strong governance in hiring and training to drive great RP experience when our agents are dealing with others
- Continued connection with other ORGs/GANGs for IC events - LEO Olympics, protection for VIPs, **Classified** events
- Week-long story-driven events... (e.g GOVs UFO event)
