Hello dear Alex , I was banned 18 days ago without stealing account, but no evidence was presented and I did not get this punishment under a forum, I wrote to Christan Hille, who banned me, on discord, but he did not reply, so far I have not logged into any different identity from my own launcher. You can check all the logs of login and logout since then, but I am very sure that I did not log in to any identity other than my main character and side character, I think it is a mistake, I want my account to be opened.
