Life Story:
Growing up, Rodrego Verlice only had his father. Unfortunately, his father got into trouble and incurred a large debt. In desperation to save Rodrego, he resorted to robbing ATMs, people, and law enforcement officials to get the money needed to pay off his debts. Rodrego was often present for his father's crimes, and after a few months, his father was charged and convicted for them. Left alone in the world, Rodrego joined "The Families" and initially followed in his father's footsteps by robbing people. However, he quickly got involved in more serious crimes like store robberies, and his gang came to recognize him as the best driver they had ever seen. After a couple of years, Rodrego was eventually caught and charged for his crimes.
Career Story:
Rodrego Verlice served time in prison and managed to clear his name with the government. One day, he met Elon Moose, a man who knew his father, and was offered a chance to start a new career that would change his life. When Elon was elected sheriff in the annual election, he invited Rodrego to join him. Although reluctant at first, Rodrego eventually agreed and became Elon's Chief of Staff.
However, after a few months on the job, Rodrego grew bored and started considering returning to his past as a corrupt cop. When the SAHP changed the sheriff position, Elon was appointed as the director of FIB and he offered Rodrego a new position as his Chief of Staff. Rodrego renewed contact with his old friends from the ghetto and drove to meet them. Unfortunately, he got into trouble with some gang members and had to kill them in self-defense, triggering a flood of memories from his past.
Outcomes:
1. Rodrego can break IC laws constantly and use his position within the FIB to his advantage (Updated Legislation from Grand RP discord)
2. Rodrego can sell, use and keep illegal weapons that he got/picked from criminals or his friends (No FIB weapons)
3. Rodrego can help suspects/unconsciousness escape jail (darknet) or from custody, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k), reduce their sentence, and remove them from the wanted list.
4. Rodrego can arrest anyone who makes trouble with him and give the person in question fake charges (With sufficient RP reason such as immense dislike/revenge)
