request for ban while misunderstanding

Dear Support Team´,

i was banned for code 1.1 .
I have get a new PC and login there so i think that it was the mistake.
Because i guess you are thinking that i have selled my account but thats not right.
Can you please let me explain that i didnt do that ?
I´ve been on server 1 for a long time and would be very sad if this time were over now.
