Growing up.
Growing up Jack Lived in a small street fuil of drug dealers and gang members. Life was hard growing up , the only way of making money was by doing drug deals and stealing guns/ammo. Evreyday Jack would have to go out on the street dealing drugs in order to make enough money to live.
Career Story.
Few years later Jack found a job as a taxi driver where he would work legally to make money to provide for himself , weeks later he decieds he wants to try something new he started working in the govermount where he would make lots of money and provide for the city of los santos , he started of as a usss agent and has now worked his way up all the way to minister of state , Jack misses the life he use to live and wants to be corrupt.
Outcomes.
1- Jack can carry/use illegal items/drugs on/off duty
2- Jack upon searching someone can ask them to drop their illegal items and keep for himself
3- Jack can receive bribes of upto 100k
4- Jack can use truth syrem (2x per RP)
5- Jack can wear a balaclava off duty to protect his identity
6- Jack can lie about avaiblity of a lawyer
7- Jack can go off duty in ghetto and kill people for fun
8- Jack can be bias to fam members and let them go if he wants to
9-Jack can give prisoners guns , usb sticks , drugs.
10-Jack can respond to global/events in persoanl car (can’t use in personal car in events)
