As floki mentioned that i ran before he got the money but in his pov we can clearly see i ran after he got the money and how can he still keep me an hostage after getting his money and in his pov he clearly want to stall the situation after he getd the money and why always we leos are getting punished . When gangs takes advantage of the the script in store robbery by teaming up in same circle by doing Bug Abuse but they never got punished for that , only we leos are getting punished for every situation even during hostage situation the kill us without any reason and spam 5 to 6 hostage situation back to back i still dont believe how is that even possible realistically. and they never get punished for that too.

I am 1762 just replying because its me.
This always takes advantage of one hostage one demand. For everything we say he says "Is that a DEMAND" you can confirm this everyone in gangs.
If we ask only 3 to negotiate he says its a demand. If we say get the money on 10 mins he says its a demand.
I am sorry that I reacted that way but He always provokes us saying "is that a demand" in every negotiation.

Correct Decision was taken, There are still Guns Pointed at the Hostage, Gangs are Still Trying to RP the situation by Counting the Money then letting the Hostage go if everything is Correct, Complete Fail RP by LEO side, and Regarding the Demand side, if State side Keeps on asking is that a Demand for everything gangs say will start issuing punishment of Fail RP to state side, Demand is Obv, anything requested in return of the hostage that has a benefit for Crime to win something over from the state side for the hostage, saying we only need.3 infant of us for negotiation, how can that be a demand ? what will that give Criminals as Profit goes for the hostage ?!
