2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be a leader of FIB because I consider this place to be my home. For 5 terms already, it has been my haven. From Davis Lawley’s term as COS to Omer and Neron Hill’s term as 00 Agent it has been the one place that made me grow into the fine man I am today. FIB is the backbone of the city. It is the organisation to rely on to get rid of crimes and mischief. Even when I was the Director and COS of GOV, I’ve always felt attracted to FIB and now I know why. Under the right leadership, FIB can blossom.
Hov Cartier, as well as Omer Hill have given the FIB name high standards by doing two successful terms that I intend on continuing. Call it a legacy if you will. They have managed to lower the amount of crime by a huge percentage. To finish what Neron Hill started (one of the better Terms of FIB). I want my two main departments to work together to continue to lower the amount of crime in the city which are Spec Ops and UC.
I want the organization to be the most active organization in the city. To work as well as I can to bring people from any time zone that have the experience to be in FIB. FIB will always be active, let it be HC or simple agents, it will always roam the street of Los Santos, protecting it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Organizations work together
Together in unity summarizes very well what I’d like to do to improve Roleplay level within the organization. To get together with SAHP/LSPD/NG/GOV/EMS/LI, I’d love to get them more involves in situation such as hostages. To work as a united front to make sure that everybody is on the same page. EMS can escort the hostage back to the hospital with accompanied parties from each organization to build up trust. GOV work with USSS to keep the governor protected. LifeInvader, from the moment they have been given a vest, we can bring them to hostage situations as well as gang raid, so they could survey the situations. to work more with NG by the way to take FIB and other organizations to get shooting training and to use their place to teach FIB employees how to work with others by doing shooting practice, escort practice or how to work united.
HR
HR is one of the most important parts of FIB in the organization because, not only is HR the heart of FIB, its also considered to be its core and strength. Dedicated personnel will be appointed to take care of FIB activities and activeness within the departments. Human Resource will turn decent Citizens into fine agents who will have a bright future within the organization and who will be there because they love FIB. Human Resource will also make sure that every time zone is covered by these fine officers by doing recruitment drives around a few hours each day.
UC
UC is one of the most important departments in FIB because of the raids. UC will get evidence this evidence will help so that we can bust people to lower the amount of illegal weapons with in the city. in Omer Hill’s term, UC did a great job and finished all the raids within 36 days. Neron’s term beautifully managed its Undercover department with delicate manners and proper priorities. I want to keep this activity in the department.

From my time as Director, Chief of Staff and Deputy Governor at GOV, I’ve learned that moral can be boosted by simply thinking of the Citizens and the employees that work within the organization. Small competitions between employees can and will increase activities and the effort that needs to be put into doing a better job. As for the Citizens, fun puzzles can be posted on Ingrand that will help these citizens get into the mindset of an Agent and further see if a life as a Law Enforcement Officer at FIB is the right path as well as direction for them.
