Hello Lebron, I got a warning for RDM on this thread but I don't see the RDM in this as I am currently responding to a illegal weapon call in the same area as a huge group of people that also have weapons and armor on which makes me uneasy and lets me know that I might get shot at and while thinking that I started to hear shots pulling up and I get out of the car as it looks like he is shooting someone on the other side of the wall so I take the legal route and make sure as a law enforcement officer to take control of the situation as there is a weapon currently being discharged with a group of people around him which makes me and everyone think that they are clapping someone. Taking a look at Article 1. General provisions on the current Gun Law that I resourced from HERE it says
this means that there has to be a warning to all around him and as he was in a group at the time and so spread out there is no way that he could have told anyone about it as he just takes out his gun randomly and starts to shoot randomly as seen in the POV that I provided on the thread. This also means that use of the weapon can only be used anywhere as long as his life is in danger at the time and to what it seems like with a whole plethora of people covering a whole street with varying no armor and armor on means that not many people were prepared and he just started to discharge. This means that they illegally shot weapons on a public road without being on property showing that they are up to no good from my POV. It was a mistake on my end seeing his POV but there was also a cop on the scene and they started to shoot anyways so why would I not shoot at them seeing a policeman is there and he still shoots.
