drake didnt explain why he wasnt going to give fear rp or stalling punishment all he said was that it looked like he started to comply at the end. however that doesnt matter, he still showed no sign of fear, screaming curses at people about to kill him for several minutes and he purposely deflected from the fact that hes being robbed. Whether he complied at the end or not HE STILL STALLED AND DIDNT FEAR HIS LIFE. I was told that yall consider something to be stalling if it falls under the defintion of stalling. so heres the definition: to delay taking action. thats exactly what he did, it took him close to 2 minutes before he dropped a single item. Also showing absolutely no signs of fear. drake said "I will not give a guy who complied and got robbed at the end punishment for fear RP." but its not about him getting robbed in the end its about the rules he broke leading up to it
