Good day Mazhor,
I have just been banned for General Rule 1.1 for 9999 days on 04/26/2023.
First of all, I wonder who could have logged into my account. I really didn't share my account data so that someone else can play on my account.
It is possible that the account was hacked and therefore someone logged into the account. Of course, you are not responsible for this, but I am, who has the account data.
Unfortunately, I was not aware that someone had my account information.
If I did share my account at that time, I am sincerely sorry. I really like playing Grand lately and hang out in the game most of the time as soon as I have free time. I've even spent real money and like Grand a lot, so it would also be stupid for me to extra share my account even though I put real money in, only to get banned.
By the way, it would be nice if you could double check everything, so I really didn't share my account data.
Should you give me another chance to play on Grand, I also accept the wipe I would get then, with my almost 10 million on the account, as I really like the game and would love to play Grand again.
I hope I could convince you with this request and hope for an unban.
