Hello,
So Ryuk Smith didnt ask for a full pov or my pov and just straight up gave me a warning without any full evidence . As you can see in my provided POV there were already shots fired by my fellow officers . and he was creating a mess in highway, driving on wrong side, failure to comply. in the case of failure to comply we are allowed to shoot and arrest the suspect for failure to comply. thank you.
