ID 85642 will be punished for Event Rule 1.11

"ID 101948 were not a part of a Family Raid as you were not in circle ID 85642 shooted ID 101948 outside the circle."

ID 101205 will be punished for Event Rule 1.11

"Once ID 101948 got unconscious by ID 85642 he finished ."

For ID 99395 he didn't shoot you so he wont be punished​
