ii. Develop a structured approach to roleplaying: We should establish a set of guidelines and rules for roleplaying that all members must adhere to. This will ensure that everyone is on the same page and that we are all working towards the same goals.
iii. Foster a supportive community: We should strive to create a supportive and welcoming community within our organization. By building strong relationships between members, we can create a more positive and enjoyable roleplaying experience for everyone involved.
