I had applied for FIB leader but was rejected for the reason of other people not giving me HC. I was approved three times with the same. Even if they don't want to give me a higher rank with valid proof, and if the ranks are kept reserved I cannot do anything other than asking. Please consider this request and help me make FIB a better org for those who deserve to lead it.

Unfortunately, you don't have experience in a leading org, you were not even high command except your 1 year old LSPD Head of Department roles.

Feel free to apply again for next term but I suggest you to take more responsiblities in FIB.

So you see, the leaders or HCs don't let me and some guys be HC ever in the org. If they won't let us have HC rank, how can we be an HC and show the org how we can help? For the last few terms, I noticed that only the family members with not at all experience reign the HC posts, and those who come with valid proof of their experience are never let to be HC at least. In this way, it is also difficult for the skilled ones to get better ranks and apply for leadership like I did. Some guys are always HCs (Ex-Leader, Ex-HC, Family members) and some others are not even close to it even if they work hard (Normal guys and nonfamily members).​

U have received clearly answer u can not be leader in special of such org as FIB without having experience at least been HC for few terms
so start from some smaller org like SAHP
