LSPD | Take back

The Organization that is conducting the event:
Los Santos Police Department
The Event Scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
After FIB got disbanded LSPD took over the workload of undercover work, over the space of a few days their undercover department managed to seize most of the gang's drugs and counterfeit money.
Gangs have broken into MRPD and started to get their stash back from the evidence room and have taken a LSPD officer hostage as payback. However they tripped the security and LEOs have now surrounded the building.
Why this event:
Increases roleplay between organizations. Also gives the chance for gangs to raid a LEO HQ for once which will hopefully be fun for them to do.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Crime Role: Gain back their “stash” and claim the LSPD officer as a hostage for payback
Leo Role: Gain back control of MRPD and rescue the officer
Vehicles/Weapons Needed:
Body armor and ARs for all
Admin Requirements:
Spawn Gangmembers into MRPD and provide with body armor/ARs
Spawn LEOs outside of MRPD (LSPD Personal parking area) and provide with body armor/ARs
Spawn LSPD leader in for event running and bodycam proof
Spawn LSPD “officer/hostage” into the holding cells of MRPD
Rules of the event:
- No server rule breaks (exception : Mercy Killing)
- No bug abuse (ie, roof access)
- No friendly Fire
How is the event Won:
Gangs: One Gangmember MUST carry a briefcase of money (suitcase emote) out of MRPD and They all Must escape MRPD safely with the LSPD officer and transport them to the extraction point (Legion Square). If they escape LSPD HQ with the officer they win.
Leos: Must eliminate the gang threat and safely extract the LSPD officer to the extraction point. If they get the LSPD officer to safety they win.
Prize money:
500k split amongst surviving winners
Locations:
1) Drug stash room in MRPD (where 1 gangmember needs to carry briefcase from)
2) Holding cell (LSPD Officer will be held here at the start)
3) Spawn Location for LEOs
4) Gang member / hostage Extraction Point Legion Square
