Dear Niko. Accoding to RDM. Please i request you to ask the complainer for the full POV. from the POV we can just see that Our FIB agent shoot him with taser. We dont know if he give him demand, not to Seat inside the (Car not authorized to him) + FIB Car (goverment property)
also u can clearly see he is walking away which is Wrong.
So with reaspect. you may ask full POV for the situation.

Its better if FIB officer gives pov to make sure there is no mic glitch in case of warning , infact whole pov of detaining 3 guys so that everything is clear

0 RDM was made. All was handled ICly with lawyers and you still decide to do IC to OOC? It seems you going in the car shows me that you are attempting to Obstruct justice which gives me more than enough reason to be able to detain and arrest you.

For tasing someone out of the car on my POV you can clearly see that the front winshield is broken so I am able to shoot through and the prongs of the taser will be able to connect and enter your body. Proof

For 67761 He made FailRP as he stepped into my car knowing he can be arrest for doing so.

It seems as if he brought that whole group of people with him to come and provoke me while I am attempting to make a simple arrest.

According to Lebron our great chief admin gave us a clear definition of non rp which is Non-RP - Doing things that are considered not sufficient to be considered good standard roleplay depending on the situation at hand. e.g running around a crime scene for no reason, dancing and screaming in a trollish manner in a serious situation, not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically.
By your definition it shows exactly what they are doing. Now for the other definition is Provoking - Purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them. Everyone in this situation has broken those 2 rules and MORE.

Now for me grabbing 2 people at once I attempted to place 1 10-15 in the vehicle and it seems that the people around me were the reason I could not place the first person in the car is because all of them were going in and out of my car and that may of glitched it out not allowing me to place the person in the car. As you guys were provoking me I was distracted and I went for the other 10-15 that was running away at the time. So this most likely made the script glitch out as it wasnt letting me place him in there. Honestly seems like a bit of bug abuse as you guys may of been going in and out of the car on purpose to not let me place the person in the car ruining RP for others.

For me running with the suspect you clearly see me attempt to place him in the car and usually when you attempt to place someone in a car as FIB you stop grabbing them even if it didn't place them in the car in the first place so I thought we was off of me but just following me as all of you guys were provoking and doing the same thing I couldn't distinguish between 10-15s and people around me provoking. Then when I tried to go up to the person that was running away ID 67761I had my barricade options open so to close it I have to press right click but with me pressing right click it makes me aim onto the person in front of me and that happened to be ID 67761 so it locked on to him and the animation made me run even when I didn't press shift to do so.

Now for the POV that ID 81642 sent in you can hear a clear MG with other people at the same time at the situation. He also made FailRP, Provoking, Non-RP and Bug abuse as he was one of the people trying to glitch the script to make it so I dont arrest the person that I currently had in custody.

Punishments that should be given:

81642: FailRP, Provoking, Non-RP and Bug abuse
33106: FailRP, Provoking, Non-RP, Bug abuse and GZ 1.1 as he hit the person in custody while in GZ.
57745: FailRP, Provoking, Non-RP
101507: FailRP as he said to wait since he called a god during a situation. According to rules you cant stop RP just cause someone says they called god.
