2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) Experience… I’ve been apart of the NG Org since December of 2021 on the EN-1,2 and now 3. NG has been the first org where I’ve started from the bottom and built my way up, I’ve made many friends along the way and eventually earning my rank and being given double promotions starting from from Private to Platoon seargent, to Seargent major, and then becoming a Comission Officer where i started to gain more and more knowledge on How to lead when my Higher ups where not there with 2nd LT to Captian to Major then LT.Colonel and finally my standing position RN in National which is Colonel right under deputy, to Head of Department of SASD (Special ops), Recruitment representative and Military Police , so I know how each department and Rank should work, how to maintain proper knowledge of RP, my punishment history on en-3 is small to non existent as I try my best to follow Rules And Regulations of the Project and of my org.
2) Likeability/Respectability… I’ve build up my character from EN-1 & EN-3 around respect and treat every situation as if it was IRL, I show people respect despite not liking them, I’ve always respected org jurisdictions, and has always been trying my best to keep communication with other orgs instead of barging my way in,with the phrase “I’m NG, you don't know anything about this” so I want to rebuild an org around the same respect that I’ve given other orgs, I want to have our Soldiers treating every situation with a calm respectable manner.
3) Activity… under many Generals in NG, the biggest main problem that causes so many issues is the Orgs Activity, there's always been a significant amount of soldiers standing around Barracks and on gates during raid hour but not as many Soldiers on gates and patrol of NG base, making sure the base is safe and protected from any type of terrorism act against the NG base or FZ Raids. I want to have a new age of Special Force group that does alot more than just a flashy Tittle, I want SASD member to be in charge of being responsible of any threat against the base as well as the city and are able to adjust themselves in different dangerous situation.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
~ Number one
To improve the level and criteria of RP within the organisation is to implement a more strict, thorough, and rule-based training phase that would bring forth soldiers that excel and respect Roleplaying scenarios. With this consistent soldiers will excel in any scenario they get placed in. Weekly promotion ceremonies hosted by the General as well as Recruitment Representatives where RR Reviews all Soldiers process and promote them accordingly to their work for the Org, RR will and always be the main department that is responsible for any and all agents, We will follow a 3 Strike system to help improve the quality of Soldiers, and enforce Rules and State Laws, Actions for the strike system will be as follows,
Strike I) Halting of any upcoming promotion until Issue is resolved.
Strike II) Immediate Suspension of the NG Personal and Suspension can last from as little as 2 hours to 48 hours or more depending on the cause however if the cause is very big that soldier will go into disciplinary hearing with the General, LT.General as well as MP to decide further on what punishment is suit for the Soldier
Strike III) Immediate Termination of the Soldier from the org, and depending on the severity of the strike, a possible Blacklist
As for Heads of departments, they will follow the same Strike system, but their strikes will affect the department not only them, after 3 Department Strikes the General will start actively looking for a new HOD, Strikes can be given out only by The general himself or LT.General
~ Number Two
Departments one of the most I will be focused on as they are an important aspect in the organisation, which will enhance Soldiers RolePlay experience, build a soldiers characteristic and keep the organisation flowing smoothly
~ Number three.
Another important aspect in an organisation is Chain of Command as this has caused conflict which caused members of the organisation to leave so wah soldiers implemented a rank to their experience and this a preview of the ranks.
` Number Four.
Units get bored during bored during gate keeping most of the time which infuleinces them to not come on duty AT ALL so i will try to implement activities for soldiers to interact with each and gain trust with each.

IMPORTANT DIVISONS!!
Receruitment Representative (RR/HR)
The “Body” of NG, incharge of Recruitment, and making sure the org runs as smooth as it can possibly be, making sure Soldiers are following the Code of Procedures Sanctioned by the Government, and enforcing the most up to date State Laws.
SEALS
Spec Ops has always been the “Legs” of NG for me mainly being its the department responsible for planning, negotiations, having good communication with each other being the elite force the department should be known for.
Military Police
This Division is basically responsible is to make sure all National Guard personal are insured with health insurance , licence check and any conflict which soldiers have against each other and external Conflict other orgs might have against NG . MP will also be checking logs both IC and OOC(discord) as well as doing bodycam inspections as deemed fit taking in and handing External affairs that other orgs or the citizens of LS has with my Soldiers and random vehicles checks to insure that no National Guard personnel is not stealing from the organisation.
I do have an additional note to add
I do know my punishment history is “heavy” how ever please don’t let that hold back one of the people who can bring hope and activity to this organisation furthermore Thank you for coming and reading my Application for NG General as it is my wish and goal in becoming a General and lead an organisation.
