Luka borned in Georgia, City : Tbilisi 02/16/2005,Luka was 10 years old when his parents died in a car accident,so for that he was raised by his grandfather and grandmother Mr Dato Mamarda and Mrs Tiko Mamard ,his grandfather Mr Dato was working in Los Santos,he was an LSPD detective,Luke was 16 years old a boxer at the time and he won the world championship,But Luke was very interested in his grandfather's work so Luka decided to started a job in LSPD,he became an LSPD officer.
After some time Luka was working very hard,also he became an LSPD Detective,afer some months Luka beca an LSPD Chief Of Staff, at this time FIB was recruiting the new agents,so Luka decided to become an FIB agent,Luka passed the interview also training and he became an Undercover Agent,he was gtting evidences about gangs and family,Luka got promotion he is now FIB chief of staff and he still trying to stop crime and arrest criminals.
Outcomes :
1. Luka can use illegal weapons to cover his Identity .
2. Luka can receive bribes when necessary [100K maximum] .
3. Luka can go into the ghetto when he is off-duty . ( Not gang HQ's )
4. Luka can buy/sell weapons in Black Market (except organization equipment) .
5. Luka can kill people on/off-duty if they don't want to follow the demands . ( only in Ghetto / RP situation )
