In the proof shown yes I am using OBS, i have not been told of said rule and if i was i would not have used OBS. But in my case i did not use OBS to my advantage and i shown only my display capture and nothing else meaning you could see everything happening and wasnt using it to metagame, or show only rage multiplayer window.
please re-think your decision, Thank You.
