Dean was born in a beautiful resort in Turkey, but life was tough for him. His father died in the middle of a conflict and his mother died giving birth to Dean. All that remains is his cousin Sam, who grew up with him, and life is no longer the same for him after he learns what happened to his father. He devoted his whole life to killing people without making any distinction between guilty and innocent. Along the way, he and his cousin Sam saved money by making a few robberies and boarding the first plane to their dream Los Santos. When they arrived in Los Santos, he had taken a step from which he could not return. The most important thing to remember was to always stay cool and not trust anyone but Sam.
Current Situation
Together with Sam, they committed major crimes in the city but were never caught. Now that Dean knew all the criminals and all the cops in the city, he was in a position to shoot even two blindfolded cops who could commit crimes anywhere, and he thought. Now he needed to make more money and joined the LSPD. He became head of the SWAT department, prevented countless crimes, arrested hundreds of people, went a bit off track and was a very nice person, but the LSPD was shut down for some regulation. . 3. Dean is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
4. Dean is able to use the blackmarket to buy and sell guns and ammunition for his personal benefit. (Not able to sell organisation weapons/items)
5. Dean is able to go to ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to his street knowledge.
6. Dean is able to pay his informants for information (up to $100k)
7. Dean is able to hang around his gang friends in ghetto due to him being a past gang member.
8. Dean is able to smash suspects bodycam to stop them from recording (using /try)
9. Dean is able to plant drugs/illegal items on suspects to incriminate them.
10. Dean is able to take items from criminals for his own benefit.
11. Dean is able to torture and use truth serum on suspects for intel (using /try)
12. Dean can lie and manipulate the law to confuse LEOs and help his friends or family out of certain situations.
