2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to become leader of this organisation because in previous terms as you know ng had low on numbers when other state organisations need ammo run they don’t have units on duty I will make sure to have at least 5-8 units on duty before raiding hours after there will be units at both gates 12:00 to 22:00
2. Ng is a boring organisation that’s true no one wanna join but we will provide them bonus, facilities so they have some interest to join
3. I don’t want Favouritism in this organisation people don’t have experience get high ranks I will only want well experienced guy in my organisation as high command who were before like 2-3 terms
4. I was in NG for long time ago after that I joined LSPD, SAHP I become Hc in both orgs after staying like 4 terms almost LSPD and 1 term at most in SAHP after that I joined fib as junior agent and reached Dhod of hr then I started working in internal affairs and I was Dhod after I got promoted to hod of IA and 00 agent I have HC experience in every organisation and have leader skills to become and I know I can run this organisation if I get this opportunity I will not miss it

Changing cars
Everyone knowledge of server rules
Adding new interesting departments
Doing training with other organisations such as Fib , lspd , sahp so our employees got trained well
