2. I have experience in en3 and Grand RP other servers (RU1;2;3 and EN2). other projects
3. I have been leader of NG in other project, but have experience in NG (Major of RR and MP); Currently DHOD of Spec Ops at FIB and have been DHOD of IA also. LSPD Capitan of Detectives and SWAT together (2terms)
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
More checks for RP knowledge and also NG knowledge. Wont Hire on first interview, we will hire only after pass interview and aim checks. HR will have 2 heads and they will be backbone of org:-
Checks of Work;
Weekly Interviews for recheck soldiers;
Trunks and Inventory checks;
Private life check (husband/wife; Family/Friends). It will give us more safety and trust to each other
and many more interesting ideas what wasnt in this form (cant think rn)
