i was given demorgan for State Rule 3.1 + VDM Wrong Decision but in the video in the clip you can clearly see the "VDM" was not purposeful i did not see him and couldnt stop in time - bad driving isnt against the rules - so this should be removed. Also 3.1 wasnt broken i was going to patch him i just wanted space so they couldnt steal his debt off the rip, waiting for them to give me space is not breaking 3.1. He proceeded to patch him before i got to it. both of these punishments are wrongful.

(3.1) Hospital staff are obliged to provide assistance to absolutely every player, without exception.

p.s. Not only you did not heal the player which was your duty to do, you also attempting to prevent those 2 players from healing him by vdming as well, i would've added a warning for corruption without-bio as well because you can not do such actions according to rules and without biography
