I posted this thread about (Rules of play 6.10 It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC(e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans. | Ban 1-7 days) And it was rejected as you guys dont control personal discrords and i totally understand this but why can he not be punished ICly? Since my post was posted he has continued to message and threaten me OOCly about an IC situation.

Related to game and game rules are offciail discords of server and not your private life and private conversation in any DM
