2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
.I will try my best to increase the rp experience in the gang and will teach new members how to rob how to pull over help them out by improving their aim by going arena every day for 15-20 mins and teacing them basic rules
I want to make 100% event checklist and i will prove that we can be the top gang in the city, im sure we would do so much events and we will make leo's cry, we will be the best gang in the city without a doubt.
.I will organise many events for filling the gang warehouse whenever I'm active in city like fz, store rob etc. I want to have a nice day for my gang members. I want to teach new players gang rules. I think I will increase the gang activity. I will try 100% turf. I'll show you what hasn't been seen before.
. I think it's incredibly challenging for new players to join gangs and figure out how everything works; as a result, some players may leave the server. The high leadership frequently yells at people and orders them to attend events while the new recruits hardly know what to do and receive no assistance at all. I'll make sure that in my group, the more seasoned gamers help and instruct the less seasoned players on everything. Members can also get promotions and bonuses within the gang by bringing newer people with them and showing them the ropes, making them feel appreciated for what they are doing. Once the new players know the basics of how everything works, they will be promoted.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
- I will do As much as I can, to establish a very good turf team and make 100% turf.
- I will select 4 deputies, 4 event leaders and 1 turf leader and I will also selected high commands very carefully and we will be a active gang
- I will do every day fz, gun store , store robbery and if do a hostiage situation we will do
- I will provide it by recruiting experienced people with proper interviews.
- I think I will have a good team
- We will try to keep the spray profits much good
- it will make ghetto active
- I believe Ballas is alive and participate every single events.
- I will make sure to giving out bonuses if my gang members are showing good activity in events so they will not lose their faith inside the gang.
