2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)

1:- NG is an exciting organization to me because they protect the FZ base and the entire city. The whole organization is good to me because it's away from other organizations and they always have something to do, whether scouting, recruitment, ammo runs, store robberies, GP, etc. I have been in all state organizations, and I have a lot of experience as a member of the high command of NG. I feel that I have accumulated enough experience to lead NG properly. I will do my best to make the organization more active to help other organizations in every activity, like when it comes to a raid, a global, or a robbery.

2:- I want to be fair to everyone and provide my service at the highest level possible. Additionally, I'll work to make the radio sound very clean, which will help to keep the RP at its highest level. If given the chance to head the National Guard, I would take it because I believe the existing rank system in the NG is dead. Instead of offering an opportunity to someone who earned it, I saw that several people pushed or preferred their friends and family members. People quit the organization due to this reason, resulting in an indirect negative impact on the organization and the city.


3:- I never wanted leadership because I wanted money or power; in fact, I don't look for either of those things. They don't make me a better person and aren't the reason I want this at all. I desire this role because I want NG to be a well-run, well-structured group where individuals can participate and have fun. I am confident in my ability to organize NG's personnel and ensure its smooth operation. At the exact same time, I am interested in organizing events and developing strategies, and I believe that this is the area where NG falls short in the vast majority of cases. You need a structure, RR, and military police, but you also need shooters, and I'll make sure NG has those in addition to everything else. This, in my opinion, is the crucial component. I'll see to it that NG is active for the whole time, that we do daily black market raids, and that we concentrate on the FZ base. My primary goal will be to maintain the organization, which doesn't only entail working for two hours every day but also actively directing it and ensuring that we react to every incident. In order to make sure I have individuals for RR, military police, the Air Force, and CRM, I already took the effort to look into my support system before submitting this application. I wouldn't be submitting this application if I didn't know that I have the necessary resources and abilities.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1:- I believe there are many methods to raise the roleplay quality of NG, and I would actively concentrate on a handful of them to accomplish so. First of all, I believe it is important to use selective hiring rather than mass hiring. Because it will increase the numbers quickly and result in strikes and warnings for the organization, anyone can find it useful. If you join NG, you must be aware of the server rules. After that RR job comes, they must ensure that the fresh recruits are prepared to fulfill the role of an enlisted man or woman (soldier) and perform tasks like escorting criminals, radio communications, responding to incidents, etc. Everyone should at least be able to speak basic English when hiring, especially from legal organizations. If you hardly comprehend or speak English, you cannot do your job professionally as an NG soldier.

2:- For me, roleplaying over roleplaying is also very important. There used to be a lot more roleplay in early server events, such as robberies of stores and negotiations, for example. Of course, one should always abide by the law. But rather than playing like it's GTA and just following the script with no interaction with each other, it is permitted to engage in some form of roleplay and make sure a situation is enjoyable for both parties. In these types of situations, I believe there should be more roleplaying between legal entities and gangs. Roleplaying with residents, who are also a part of the server, comes in second to gangs. Those who break the rules will face harsh consequences. We'll be holding several training sessions, so we're prepared for everything. Weekly promotions and incentives will be granted to diligent members to reward them for their efforts in the RP and their active participation in the NG.Favoritism is something I will never tolerate while I'm in charge. On promotion days, officers can advance only with the leader's approval. The high command team will be dismissed from the organization if I discover favoritism there.

Departments:-

1. Air Force (AF):- Their work will be to
- Scout around for intel.
- Providing air support for ammo runs
- Helping units with quick travel and response to global and local

2. Recruitment Representative (RR):-
- Hire soldiers for the organization.
- Give them proper training about (use of PDA, how and where to place spikes, gatekeeping duties, uniforms, loadout, etc.)
- Maintain discipline in the base

3. Seal Team Six (SASD): - This department will be trained for every type of special operation.
- The first ones to respond to global and local
-They will be leading all types of situations, like NG raids, ghetto patrols, etc.

4. Military Police (MP):
- Their work will be to do inspections of logs and all the NG soldiers that have proper health checkups and gun licenses, will be checking everyone's
car trunks and the background of any criminal or illegal status.

5. National Security Guards (NSG Commando):-
-Also known as Black Cat Commandos or Black Commandos
-It's a rank that requires a strong and fearless body!
They are a team that only dispatches when the situation is not controllable at all!

Combat Medic(CRM):
This is the Department of Medical. This department makes sure that all soldiers are well and gives a pill to these soldiers who need pills. They also make sure that the soldier at the gates is in full health and check in every 20 to 30 minutes on the gatekeeper's health.
