I just got blocked because of GR 1.7 but a few time ago i borrowed from my friend money and when i got the money he said he needs some money so i wanted to give him the money that i borrowed back plus some money that he needs all at once and i did not know that is illegal because as i know its forbidden to transfer more than 5mill in the hand (Cash) and in exchange is legal that is what i knew and that is why if i knew also the exchange is forbidden i would not do that
also my friend did know that
