Hello to the reviewing admin.

I got banned 30th November 2022 for 1.6 or 1.7 cant remember since it says Investigation. I thought this rule was still state value so my friend sold me his parking since he couldnt come back online since he had IRL issues. I bought the parking for around 10m since it was over the state value but after I got banned I got told that it was not state value but market value now. My friend just wanted me to hold the parking but we lost it sadly after getting banned. I learned my leason that its from now market value and not state value. I really hope that I can get a money wipe or something like that and enjoy the game again.
