2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

-Because I have experience with gangs, I was in marabunta high command as well. And I was in bloods too. I have a lot of experience with leo orgs. I am currently Chief of HWP at the SAHP. But i want to make an change. I want to make The Families great again. And I think I'll be a good leader for Families.

-I would like to be leader of The Families because, all the gangs i was in there were to many people who break the rules. And i dont want to see that ever. If i see 1 rule break they will get punished. Im going to do everything i can to be a good leader. And i will respect every member, It does not matter if your a HC. Everyone should be treated equally.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
- I will make the ghetto extremely active
- I want to have a good and strong team without any rulebreaks. So i want to have a couple HC, with a maximum of 6 HC in the beginning of my term.
- I want to have every member in The Families active. If they are not online in 48 hours (without a good reason) they get kicked out the org.
- I will make a interview document with rule questions for every HC so we have people who dont break rules
- I will keep The Families active. And we will enter every single event with my group.
- I believe my gang members will be active and all members will be following RP rules and if they are not following it they will get punished
- I will do a lot of robberies with ZERO rulebreaks and hostage situations
