Life Story:
Will's life began with his two sisters in Mirror Park. Because of his family's poverty, he grew up quickly. His father was a friendly and well-known figure in Mirror Park. Unfortunately, his father has many enemies. Will and his family went to Mirror Park's lake for a picnic one day. This exquisite image was splattered with blood. Will's entire family was killed in a two-gang attack. Will, with the assistance of his neighbor Can, escapes from this scenario. They grew up together and engaged in numerous unlawful activities. They stole automobiles, planted marijuana, created counterfeit money, and murdered a large number of people who refused to respect them. Will was determined to exact vengeance on the gangs that had murdered his family. He tried several times to kill big brother but failed each time. The "big one" is always able to get away from him.
Career Story:
Will was too angry to always fail to catch him. His friend Can said, "We should join the police organization with a fake ID, and with the help of this we can achieve lots of technologic facilities!" This opinion was really logical, he approved and they started working on it. Can and Will started work in the SAHP. Can is always finds a way and leaks inside information to Will and Will collects this information and tries to find the "big one" . As time went on they made a lot of friends at SAHP. In these times gangs learned Can's real ID and they tried to kill him. He called Will but Will could not reach and Can died. With this anger and hate Will joined FIB to do something bigger. He climbed stairs quickly and became a FIB Supervisor. Now, he does not hesitate to do illegal activities while fighting crime. He has not yet fulfilled his purpose, but he swears to God for it.
Outcomes:
1. Will can do illegal activities due to his criminal past.
2. Will can refuse to show his ID.
3. Will can break IC laws constantly and use his position within the FIB to his advantage.
4. Will can plant illegal seeds. (cannabis) (NO UB)
5. Will can use illegal firearms on duty and off duty, ones he bought himself robbed from his victims.
6. Will can pickpocket people while they are cuffed.
