Hello. 15:40 on my way back from the informal, I bought a rented Lamborghini Terzo in front of the hospital on Sandy Shores to get back to the city. Because it was an improved car and because it was the fastest electric car in the game, it was taking off fast and going fast. When I came to the Decelerations at the entrance of the city, I went a little faster because I maneuvered through the barricades and the decelerations there did not slow down as much as in front of the city hospital. Then Carlo Pluxury dont use X bug. But I only passed there so fast because of the speed of the car and the high acceleration. A lot of my friends have been banned from using X bug. I know it won't be done. And then when I was explaining this to Carlo, if you don't know that the car is fast and passing by fast, don't blame me, and when I said this Carlo says "Are you saying I don't know the rules?", he texted me angrily. Then I explained and said that I had not said such a thing. He also looked at pov and said that he would make a comeback, and he got banned. I want it to be tried again with the same terzo in front of the same sandy shores hospital that has been upgraded to the same level.
