I got a warning for this incident , I thought the person here got out of the car and that's my point of view . We protect our solar panels here.

The Rule is, Shooting and killing in City is allowed Only With RP reason and Giving a demand and a warning not to shoot Randomly at a person or the players that Drive by the house., just because they are near your house and you have solar panels.

there was a on going firearmed fight in that place. and that person that i killed i thought that he was one of them and even he is not he just walked toward me, basically a lot of people tried to kill us and they actually did kill couple of my family members and they even tried to stole solar panels , and that is why i started shooting he just he just popped up from nowhere even we do have POVs that they started shooting first

You even Shot at the White Car and he also Comes back to you guys and asks why are you shooting at them, and after that you start giving the demands to go away which is the correct way to do it in first place, and remember if a person breaks the rules that does not give the rights to others to break the same rule just because they broke it first.
