Hello sir,

My game id is 31529. I am new in this game and I am learning all rules. I don’t know why I got banned. I am explaining the situation before getting ban-

I am searching for mashroom and I crashed into a hill then I died. When I redirected to sh(ems) I died automatically(Some of my friends also face this situation). After that I relog and came to fam house. And playing normally after few second I got banned . I don’t know it was a glitch or what. I don’t know what am I need to do. I don’t do anything like breaking rules violation.



I don’t even know that much i just play the game from 20 days I am just a beginner.



I want to play the game peacefully and follow all rules.



Please help me to get out of this.
