2.1 I want to make the FIB a better place by making every single agent fit for being the High command in the future by creating a healthy community where we can share work and responsibilities. and org will run smoothly and every one must follow the chain of command and I have supporting the most talented persons only and qualified persons only.

2.2 The Reason I want to become Leader of fib is I have served 5-6 terms in fib under different directors in other city also (en1) and I think now I get that much experience I can run a term by my leading skills and the way I handle situations

2.3 I will make sure there is no any kind of corruption, no favoritism, no toxicity, a beautiful family relation with all other orgs everyone
