Life Story: Casano was born in a very and poor area in Nala Supara, After that he was friends with charas and ganja producing wokers. In the streets he was taught how to steal, kill, hide and started drinking heavily. This slowly led to drug abuse of afeem and pauya. Casano's connections suggested him to find work in LSPD that way he could blend in and have no connection to his previous life. So he did by joining LSPD
As he always tried to kill more criminals as possible, he became an SWAT and IB in LSPD and trained all trainings and situation handelings . He was so high value to the LSPD, he soon became the Chief Of SWAT and soon after that Assistant Chief of LSPD. He made the decision to apply all his knowledge to show Los Santos how corruption can be used for the there Benifits, and so onn he began to get respected by his famiy and friends and sid Casano Dazai.
Outcomes:
1- Casano can help suspects/unconsciousness escape jail (darknet) or from custody, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k in USD, weapons, ammo, armor and drugs) and remove them from the wanted list.
2- Casano can buy and sell via the black market. He can also use all illegal items from black market and the Dark Net. (No sale of anything from Org.)
