Why do you want to become an admin? As a long-time player in the community, I have seen the impact that dedicated admins can have on the overall experience of the game. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the community and believe that serving as an admin would allow me to contribute in a meaningful way. I am eager to take on new challenges, work with other admins to improve the game, and ensure that players have a fair and enjoyable experience.
What are your strengths? I have excellent communication skills, both in-game and out-of-game, which would enable me to effectively address concerns and communicate with players. I am highly organized and detail-oriented, which would be an asset in handling administrative tasks such as reviewing reports, resolving disputes, and maintaining the server. I am also a patient and empathetic individual, and would be able to provide support and guidance to players who may be struggling or experiencing issues.
What are your greatest weaknesses? I believe that my greatest weakness is my tendency to be a perfectionist. While this can be an asset in some areas, it can also lead to me becoming overly critical of myself and others. I am aware of this tendency and am working on finding a balance between striving for excellence and accepting imperfections.
Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin? Absolutely. As a player, I have always enjoyed the RP aspect of the game, but I recognize that serving as an admin requires a different mindset and level of commitment. I am willing to set aside my RP life in order to fulfill my duties as an admin and contribute to the community in a meaningful way.
Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Yes, I understand that having a business while serving as an admin is not allowed, and I am willing to sell my business if necessary. My commitment to serving as an admin and contributing to the community is my top priority.
Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? At this time, I do not have any IRL issues or situations that would prevent me from being an active admin. However, if any such issues were to arise, I would communicate with the other admins and work to find a solution that allows me to fulfill my duties while also addressing my personal needs.
