2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 -Experience in city I joined the city 1 five months ago. I was in SAHP for 2 weeks and and I was in past FIB till now. Started from Junior agent in August under Kayleigh's term and was promoted to DHOD of Undercover under Hank's term After taking a little break in city 1 I joined FIB again under Monty West's term until FIB disbanded.
2 -Experience in city In start of city, I joined EMS for a month. During term of Zach Noor, I was promoted to Head of undercover department and I had given chance to work on casefiles. After his term I was recruited back in FIB by new director Elon Moose as Black Ops Agent. After working very hard in assisting in casefiles and assisting with successful raids, I reached position of Deputy Director. As Deputy Director, I handled most of negotiation to make sure hostage is safe and evidence is gathered aswell. Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) has a lot of potentialand with a good leader, I truthly believe we can make an amazing organization with amazing people.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization. > If we want to improve the RolePlay level in the organization,of course we need to follow all rp rules and situations too (State rules,Gen rules,Event rules and others)So in to my organization will join the people who knows the rp rules and situations,because if i will invite the people in to my organization who does not knows any rp rules or any rp situations,mybe someone will break this rules and my organization will receive the warning and if we will get a many warnings my organization will be a disbanded and its will be a bad for me,for my people and my organization too so that is aimportant thing to everyone need to know all rp rules and situations to join in any organization,thats how i will improve the Rolelay level in the FIB.
Now i want to talk about the departaments :
1. Human Resources
the human resources department will look at applications as well as doing interviews,training for the people that just joined the FIB the human resources is the most important department within the FIB because they are the backbone of the organization and help teach the new people the FIB expectations and rules.
2.Internal Affairs
the internal affairs department makes sure there is no corruption or rule breaks that can lead to bad things for the FIB which includes bodycam checks,trunk searches etc this department will be the most important department to help ensure a successful term.
3. Undercover department.
this department is extremely important this department is the main department the goes undercover to gather evidence to build casefiles on gangs,families.
4.spec ops..
this departmnet is the main department within the FIB this is what they do.
1.look for wanted criminals.
2.conduct ghetto patrols.
3.execute arrest warants.
4.00 handler.
the 00 handler is the most trustworthy to be in charge of all the 00 agents to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to as well as the 00 handler is a classified agent.
Raids..
raids are dont by the undercover agents and 00 agents gathering evidence and getting a casefile against the gang,family you need 5 valid evidences to build a casefile to raid the gang,family.
Corrupt bios..
corrupt bios are very important in state organizations..
your aloud to have up to 5 bios in the organization it can improve some roleplay as well as if its misused take away the roleplay so i will give bios to those i feel deserve it and will not misuse the bios.
