2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason 1. I want to be the leader of FIB as i have been Executive Agent in FIB and high commands in all the other state organizations. I know what responsibilities a leader have and i feel i am ready to take on that responsibility to lead the FIB.
Reason 2. I have seen past FIB terms and witnessed some leaders succeeded and some were not able to keep up to mark, if i get a chance of becoming the leader of FIB, me and my Deputy, high commands and even the Agents will work to make it best org in the city.
Reason 3. I want FIB to be Professional and wants to maintain Strict Discipline in City.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
We will have departments always working to have FIB be the best organization it can possibly be.
1. Corrupt bio are very important in state organizations..
As you allow 5 corrupt bios in the organization it can improve some roleplay as well as if its misused take away the roleplay so i will give bios to those i feel deserve it and will not misuse the bios.
2. H R Department
The HR Department is Human Resource department that will look at applications, interviews, training for the new joinees of the FIB. The HR is the most important department within the FIB because they are like backbone of the body that will help teach the new people the FIB expectations and rules.
2. Corporate Agents Department
The Corporate Agent department makes sure there is no breaking of rules and regulations and there is no corruption in the department, that can lead to bad future for the FIB which includes bodycam checks, trunk searches etc. This department will be the most important department to help ensure a successful term.
3. Undercover Agents Department
This department is Very Important and will go undercover to Collect Evidence to build case files on Gangs and Families.
4. Executive Agents Department
This department is the main department within the FIB, as they will do Ghetto Patrols, Looking wanted criminal and execute arrest warrants.
5. XXX Agents.
The XXX agents are the most strict and trustworthy agents in FIB, and they will be the troopers/turfers to take charge in all special missions that will be happening in the city. As well as The XXX agent is a classified agent.
Raids.
Raids are not participated by the Undercover agents and Rival agents, they gather evidence and getting a casefile against the gang, family. You need 5 valid evidences to build a casefile to raid the gang, family.
