2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization
The reason I am applying for Families leader is because I feel I can change the energy and vibe of the gang. The gang is not always a negative thing. I can improve the RP to a point where everyone feels comfortable to communicate with one another in the ghetto. All rules will be followed and respected if I was chosen to be the leader, I would make sure we all showed up to events and compete. I have been on this server for a long time and have a lot of experience in the criminal orgs such as Ballas, and Families.
My second reason is that I also have IRL experience. I know what it takes to be a leader. I am very outspoken and where my heart on my sleeve. I mean what I say and I say what I mean. If I become leader I will make sure it feels like a family again. All for one, and one for all. No man left behind if I become leader.
Last but not least majority of gangs think it's about "rdm & vdm" in the ghetto but like I said before the ghetto doesn't to be negative. I am honest enough to admit that gets boring after a while. I will try my best to reach out to other leaders from time to time and maybe throw a party or have peaceful events we can enjoy and RP sometimes. There are so many events we can shoot freely but I will make sure it is much more RP is involved. In my experience in gangs so far it's always been about robbing or using the black market. Nothing wrong with some change in the ghetto. I will be the change
I would improve roleplay by holding meetings and allowing everyone in the gang to participate in events. I will make sure all of the members uphold a standard of roleplay or there will receive a strike and if they do it constantly, they will be kicked. I will invite people who have a good knowledge of the server and reinforce the roles for others. My advice for advancing the level of Roleplay in the city is trying to teach and guide the newer players through the correct processes and help examine where they can improve.
