Life Story:
Harry grew up in the Ghetto of Los Santos, his dad was part of the famous gang "The Families", so he experienced violence in the early years of his life. He, of course, joined the gang but didn't feel comfortable in it, he always thought that it was not the right place for him. But once "The Families" decided to do a store robbery and he needed to go with them. It all ended up in a big shootout where he witnessed how his father got shot multiple times and died right in front of him. He got hit by a bullet in his arm and went unconscious, and when he woke up, he was in the hospital cuffed to the bed. The Feds had mercy with him as he was only 16 years old and offered him a deal: if he snitches on his brothers, he can walk free and start a new life. He gladly accepted, so he moved to the downtown of Los Santos and worked as a janitor for LSPD. Harry started attending evening school to study. He suppressed nearly all old habits from his gang time, except for the anger issues that he has. If anyone provokes him, no matter if colleagues or criminals, he needs to try hard not to be rude to them or actually harm them. One time, a criminal angered him so much that he pulled him over to the side of the highway, dragged him out of the car, and beat him up so hard that he died from the injuries in the hospital.
Career Story:
When Harry Joined SAHP he was a rookie and he didn't know how to do anything, he patrolled with people who were nice to him but as he started to get some knowledge about FIB and he started to gain ranks up until he became a HC, he was an agent who was following the rules all the time and he didn't do anything outside the line until one day he saw a cop take $100.000 from a 10-15 and let him go after destroying his bodycam, after that he asked the agent what was going on, the agent said "nothing, he owed me money" then a few minutes later Harry found out that someone hacked into his bodycam while its uploading and deleted the footage of what happened, then Harry knew that these were corrupt officers who are not going by the rules, Harry saw MANY of them doing it and then harry wanted to become just like them, Harry learned how to be corrupt from what he saw and now he is willing to take revenge on all the cops. he went to gangs and he became the most dangerous criminal in the whole city, he felt bad for people he killed and robed but he kept on thinking of the bad cops who were in sahp with him, he came back and he wanted to be like them as well, he became one and relised that the law is really dumb and shouldn't be followed.
Outcome:
1. harry can help suspects/unconsciouses escape jail (darknet) or from custody, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k in USD, weapons, ammo, armor and drugs), reduce their sentence, and remove them from the wanted list.
2. harry can use truth serum to get people to tell the truth due to his past time. (Using /try max of 2 times each person per situation)
3. harry can sell illegal weapons that he picked up. (No ORG gear will be sold)
4. harry can do illegal activities due to his criminal past. (Ghetto, Robbing, Illegal actions from G Menu can do off duty, the rest can do on duty, Not against LEOs).
5. harry can destroy people's bodycams, and any other footage material like saved SSD's. (Using /try destroys bodycam and /try destroys footage. Max 2 times each person per situation.)
6. harry can refuse to show his ID.
7. harry can refuse the rights to a lawyer or lie about calling one.
8. harry can sell sensitive information or data about special operations.
9. harry can buy and sell via the black market. He can also use all illegal items from black market and the Dark Net. (No sale of anything from Org.)
