Are you the person involved ? If not then comment on another forum and let admin check. Also, read title carefully again. It says 'possible cheats' not 'cheats' which means I have doubt and I am not 100% sure either that he has cheats.

I believe its not hacks it has happened to me where I shoot no one takes damage when in cars only guns that deal damage when shooting at someone in car are assault rifle and some shotguns I don’t know if my game messed up or something
